Paris, France, December 4, 2023 – The Atos Group organized the 14th edition of its Handi-Entrepreneurs competition aimed at supporting the innovation process and entrepreneurial spirit of people with disabilities. This year, three winners and one “coup de coeur” were recognized for their creativity and innovative entrepreneurial initiatives.
For this edition, the Jury, made up of various Group executives – human resources managers, managers, members of the National Disability Commission, the Disability Mission, the Occupational Health Service – selected the following winners:
- 1st prize (€3,000) – NOSPARENTS by Alexandre ECHALIER
A digital platform for family caregivers to make it easier for their parents to find help at home.
- 2nd prize (€2,000) – HYPOCAPS by Maë LEGARDEUR,
Offers fast carbohydrate-rich food lozenges with no sweet taste, for people prone to hypoglycemia.
- 3rd prize (€1,000): LES ATTENTIONNEES by Daphnée GAGNAGE
An event agency that accompanies individuals in the organization of ultra personalized moments, everywhere in France.
The Jury also awarded a “Coup de coeur 2023″ prize (€500): To Nathalie DARLES-PARAYRE for her initiative “A multi-handicapped sports educator at your sports service”.
To evaluate the projects, the Jury relied on the following criteria:
- Originality of the company or product
- Creator’s Journey
- Consistency of figures, strategy and set-up and of the project
- Development potential and coherence with business sectors
The ceremony was introduced by Sylvie Verstraeten, SVP Human Resources, HBA, Atos Group, and the awards were presented by Juliette Arnould, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, HBA, Atos Group, in the presence of the jury members and Atos and HBA employees, during a virtual ceremony, on December 4, 2023.

Through this Handi-Entrepreneurs competition, we are proud to promote the projects of entrepreneurs with disabilities and to encourage those who imagine new uses in the service of humanity and work to give meaning to everyone’s daily life. ” said Sylvie Verstraeten, SVP Human Resources, HBA, Atos Group.
As a committed player in favor of inclusion, Atos, through its Disability Mission, has been carrying out proactive actions for several years in partnership with schools and universities in order to offer people with disabilities diploma training courses in line with its professions. Atos has also been involved with the Paralympic Movement since 2001, as Worldwide IT Partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
